William the Fourth Inc

Every completed Local Voices survey means a donation can be allocated to a registered community group in Newcastle.

William The Fourth is a beautifully re-created historic paddle steamer important to Newcastle and the Hunter's maritime heritage.

William the Fourth is Australia's first ocean going steam vessel originally built at Clarence Town in 1831. The replica was built at Raymond Terrace in 1987 as part of the Bi-Centennial celebrations and further restored in 2013

Today, William the Fourth offers cruises and charters on Newcastle harbour and river and is maintained and operated by a volunteer crew.

Rewards earned from Voconiq Local Voices will help with maintenance costs, insurance and wharf rent.
